Hey guys, when I turn on my siren, cars do not move and I am not able to start a trafficstop, my car is an add-on and I checked the flags in the meta file. 

Any ideas?

Link to the vehicle pack from where you downloaded it.
Also, when you turn OFF the siren, can you do those mentioned things then?

The vehicle was a replacement model, then I converted it to ADD-ON using ADD-ON vehicle creator.

I can upload the vehicle file if it would help.

I used to convert vehicles and this first time having the issue.

Cars act the same way when the siren ON or OFF.

You can not share files of vehicles you didn't make, but you can send a link to the original pack.

Now that is the link of the pack, what I did is take the Durango model and convert it to add-on model.

Regarding the author of that car pack, my best and only suggestion would be to find literally any other author and their car packs.
