The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Link to the vehicle pack from where you downloaded it.
Also, when you turn OFF the siren, can you do those mentioned things then?

The vehicle was a replacement model, then I converted it to ADD-ON using ADD-ON vehicle creator.

I can upload the vehicle file if it would help.

I used to convert vehicles and this first time having the issue.

Cars act the same way when the siren ON or OFF.

Now that is the link of the pack, what I did is take the Durango model and convert it to add-on model.
