The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

DLC list wiped clean

hello my dlc list is completely empty i had this is before reinstalling the entire game but it is still doing it and i wanna know if anybody has to stuff for the list i can copy and paste? i would greatly appreciate it.

You can find the original file with all the entries in Update/update.rpf/common/data using OpenIV. Then just copy the contents from there to the one in the mods folder.

 

If you are talking about outside the mods folder, verifying game files should restore any altered original game files.

Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

GTA V Retail

Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

GTA V Epic Games

Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify
