Rename mods to _mods and try again.

If that works, rename it back to mods and do the following:

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently to the mods folder one-by-one and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you may have to restart the mods folder.

I don't know what's going on, I've tried reinstalling gta 5 three times, reinstall all the mods, removed mods, and it still crashes, gta 5 with lspdfr works vanilla, but whenever I'm trying to add mods to the game, it crashes it, I've tried with antivirus on, off, read the log myself, lower graphics, and still nothing, I don't know what to do next..

The screenshots are what mods I used this time.

There isn't much else for me to say. The above response I gave is how you fix your mods folder. Double check you installed the configs and if all else, just install stuff one at a time and test after each install.
