Disable ambient blips by changing said lines in your lspdfr.ini:

 

Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true      

 

(it should currently be set to false)

i mean i changed what you said i have to i did tried to open the game and this popped up

Couple of things: 
1. Arrest Manager, Pragmatic Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts are all kind of old and may cause issues. They arent now to my knowledge but they may later down the line.
2. Is it still the same issue of falling through the map? If so, try changing the settings in the lspdfr.ini as mentioned earlier. If still happening after that, go into Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR and test and see if you still fall through the map.

so i did everything you asked me to do i renamed lspdfr heres a logRagePluginHook.log i udpated the plugins still nothing.
