ive not been able to play the game for a couple of months because i cant seem to find out the problem to just fix it, but i really dont want to start all over because of all the stuff i added since getting the game a couple years ago. does anyone have a solution on this?

Could you post your RagePluginHook log?

i moved my mods folder to my desktop as a copy and deleted the file in the open iv and re installed it and it works now so i wasnt able to get the log before doing so

Im good now! but i just have to take the time and add my replaced npc cars and buildings. not sure what was the real issue but like i mentioned above deleing the folder seemed to just help everything like normal except having some things go missing.
