Add your Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then test.

the antivirus is turned off, I've already reinstalled the game, and I'm going to restart the PC

is it the lspdfr or the file that you told me to download earlier?

Open up your RagePluginHook Settings.

Accessing Your RPH Settings:

To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook.
Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching.

 

Once in there, navigate to the Plugins tab and deselect LSPDFR to load on startup. Then launch RagePluginHook. Once fully loaded into the game, press F4 and type LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll and press enter. See if you get any errors.

Change it back in the RPH Settings to launch LSPDFR when the game/RPH starts.

Then go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Main.DisableMultiplayerMap = true

 

Then test again going on duty via the ForceDuty command.

What issue are you experiencing ? I don't really see anything wrong within your log. 

@affacetThere is no need to post the log more than once. Keep in mind responses may take up to a day and you need to have patience.

 

That being said, the error you were originally having with the apartments is gone. Are you experiencing game crashes now...? You need to specify in your posts what the problem is and not just put "help" as that doesn't provide us with any context.
