The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If you want to use Policing Redefined, remove Ultimate Backup and Stop The Ped from your plugins folder. Keeping them with Policing Redefined will almost certainly cause crashes.

 

You also have an invalid keybind set in one of your PR config files. If you want to remove a keybind set it to "None"

 

There is also an update for Interior Callouts so I recommend you Install that.
