Check the log file that if provided for you, "C:ProgramDataMicrosoftGFWLiveInstallLogstitleupdate.log"; at least place a screenshot or copy of the log here so we have some more information to go off of.

on compadability try to uncheck it and do it.

I'm still getting the error. I've also tried uninstalling all programs related to GTA such as: Grand theft auto iv, .net framwork 4 client profile, microsoft GWFL, and Microsoft silverlight. and reinstalling all programs and that didn't help. I also tried running with compatibility mod Windows xp service pack 2 & 3 as well as windows 7. I've updated my computer 100% and restarted it.
