I figured that there is some special game launch to play this, am i supposed to launch GTA IV regularly? or did i just install it wrong?

 

Also, I haven't played GTA IV before, i just now started playing it, Do i have to wait to get the Map Markers if i did install it correctly?

You should use LaunchGTAIV. Did you install lcpdfr?

You need to be more specific. But if you mean, 'how do I enable LCPDFR?' then you press Alt+P and map markers for stations will appear.

Yes, i did install lcpdfr

Also, I didn't use LaunchGTAIV, I used the basic steam launch, does that sort of effect lcpdfr from working?

I tried re-installing it, i got this
