I restarted my mods folder and now I keep crashing how can I fix this problem?

 

 thought it was my nve graphics so I deleted it then retried and it still crash

update 

 

I renamed my mods and plugins to _ and the game loaded up so I changed it to _plugins and changed the mods and moral of the story its in my mods folder
