So rph isnt launching for some reason and I sadly do not know the reason to why it doesnt start. I do not have QuantV installed as it is described to cause these type of problems, and I am very irritated because I couldnt launch rph. I tried verifying files and renaming mods folder to _mods and it doesnt work either. Does anyone have any clues or problems? I will send a screenshot of my gtav folder down here along with my rph log:
