Hi all.

 

I got on today to mess around, and discovered none of my ELS features were working.

 

I have already moved the AdvancedHookV file from the V1.05 folder of ELS, and I have not been aware of any ScriptHookV updates since the last one that was rolled out (which I had also installed).

 

I'm not receiving any error messages in-game or anything like that; I just can't turn the lights or sirens on.

 

Anyone have ideas?

First, you may have the ELS lock function enabled (Screen Lock (SL) key)

 

Second, you may not have the ELS files installed for specific machines, they are in XML format and are located at GTAV>ELS>pack_default.

 

Third, the ELS folder itself should be located in game folder (GTAV), not in folder plugins.

 

Fourth, you may have outdated/non-working script files, for example:

All SHV files (Original and DotNet (DotNet must be in Community Nightly format))

RagePluginHook

AsiLoader

XInput1_4

 

And finally, you may have a broken/outdated/unofficial version of ELS

Weirdly enough I got on the game today and ELS was working fine. It might've been a hiccup that just needed me to boot things up a 3rd or 4th time. I know mods can be like that.
