The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

try updating gta by deleting GTAV.exe and then verifying your game files;

also update ragepluginhook by manually reinstalling lspdfr (make sure to install the seperate ragepluginhook package to avoid pursuit related crashes (don't install the SDK folder)

 

if you have args.txt in your game files, remove it (if its there it'll be in main directory)

 

if this doesn't fix the issue, please try these steps
