Just got the game on sale, when i played on LOW graphics and such it still lags, people said i need to install patch 4 dunno how to do that please help! My specs: Processor: AMD FX-6120 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz

RAM: 10.0GB (9.77 GB usable)

System: Windows 7 64 bit

Display Driver: AMD Radeon HD 7450

I dont understand why its so laggy only on this game too!

First of all, make sure you haven't torrented the game, LCPDFR members don't support people who torrent, Secondly, Theres a patch 7 which you can click here to download. You just have to put the file in your GTAIV file, and run it. simple.

I didnt torrent its was four bucks on steam and i bought it, ill be trying the patch thanks!

Skipping frames, my gta folder only had user music in it then i extracted and ran update from gta IV
