Hi, I have a prblem with the traffic stops, every time i try to performe it the suspect drives away afer a few seconds (no pursuit just drives away) please help me.

Also the traffic stop often cancel when i leave the car. It's not a plugin or callous problem (already tried to rename LSPDFR folder in _LSPDFR), The traffic stop is not canceled, all occupants of the vehicle exept for the driver exit the car and then the car and the driver goes away (no "traffic stop has been canceled" message appears).
