Hello everyone, I am new to this forums and have just purchased GTA IV. I was going to get Episodes from Liberty City, but my friend told me to not get them, yet I now have a worrying feeling I need it. Do you need it?And if this is in the wrong place, I am sorry, again I am new to these forums.

No, most people don't have EFLC and if all you want is the other police cars you can get them without the EFLC.

Yeah, ive got GTA now and was going to play it to get used to the controls, and Steam greeted me with a great message, 'Failed to contact key server'. This is just such great news for me! I cant play my game I just sat and waited for an hour to download!
