Mod Concept: Emergency Scene Vehicle Spawner Here’s how it could work:

• A simple hotkey or menu function to spawn preset emergency vehicles (police cruisers, fire trucks, etc.) at strategic positions—perfect for blocking intersections or framing a scene.
• Optional presets or placement templates (e.g., "2 units side-by-side," "angled block," "perimeter") for quick deployment.
• The spawned vehicles could behave like props—no AI drivers, no scripts—purely for visual immersion.
• Once Code 4 is called or the player presses a “scene clear” key, the vehicles fade out or vanish smoothly, maintaining immersion.

Bonus Enhancements Could Include:

• Flashing lights and sirens toggled on/off with a keybind for dramatic flair.
• An option to randomize vehicle models within a category for variety.
• Integration with scene management plugins to tie into callouts more fluidly.
