The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, my English is not really good, so sorry for all the mistakes. So, I'm new to GTA 5 and lspdfr. I installed the latest version of both and rage has a problem at startup. I run rage to open gta, but when I launch it, I don't get anything that tells me that lspdfr is running but gta is running good. I've been on this for days and nothing works. I was told I need to install the latest version of rage, but the site is currently down. Could someone help me launch lspdfr?

    The latest version of RagePluginHook comes with the manual download of LSPDFR. Try launching GTA V first and then once fully in story mode free roam, tab out and launch RagePluginHook. Then once RagePluginHook loads, press F4 and type LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll and press enter. Then either go to a PD station or type in the console ForceDuty.

    Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then launch GTA V first and RagePluginHook once fully in story mode.

    Last thing I can think of is to select the GTA V Main Directory folder. Right click it. Properties. And then in Security give your user All Perms. Then save and re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then test.
