I have the same issue...

It isn't SHV issue or SHVDN. Mod folder isn't the issue either, I had tried all of those myself and many other stuff along with it and yet the game still crash on start up when running the game through RPH.

are you getting the normal ragepluginhook crash, or is it giving you any specific error. while you may have the same issue they are having, crashing in startup can happen in many different ways for many different reasons, making it a unique circumstance for each person usually

This is what I am getting when I load RPH from my main directory.

Now the game is still loading but i have no console anymore or anything and after that it'll crash and/or freeze where I have to do task manager to remove it from the desktop screen.

This is with me having Quant V/Reshade installed into the game. If I was to remove Quant V/Reshade out of the game, then yes, it will work with no crash.
