Crash when patrolling in certain spots

I added some new mods and now when I patrol in certain areas my game crash for prime example when I decide to patrol in Harmony in Blaine County it crashes.

 

 

Just today I added some fire works, DUI checkpoint, and LS car meet and I drove to baber shop by the pd over there by I forgot the street name but yea how can I stop my game from crashing when driving in certain spots?
