The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have recently been into lspdfr and i tried downloading plugins which seem to not work at all. I did a complete reinstall and now I tried using only one plugin (police menu) along with lspdfr expanded and my game crashes whenever I try to play with any plugin at all

    Seeing as how the plugins haven't even loaded yet, this is most likely a mods folder issue. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

    this works, ive recently found out that if I were to add any files to the mods folder as needed by plugins such as police menu, my game crashes. every time i try to alter anything in the game files using OPENIV I crash

    You can try installing the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

    If those do not work, you can remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.
