Can you rename your mods folder to _mods and try to load the game?
If this works, can you ensure you have a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster, and packfile adjuster. 
After that, can you rename _mods back to mods and try to launch the game again, if it doesnt work, one of your mods is causing the crash

    I don't think there is a quick way, you could either remove them one by one, or remove them all and add them back one by one to see which one causes it.

    If the game runs with mods renamed to _mods then it is just a file within the mods folder

    This will be caused if the mods folder is named _mods. However, if that works, the issue is in the mods folder and you need to do what @BaMDarksaid and remove stuff one by one until you find what is causing the crash.

    There is no need to update vehicles as they are just models. You can try installing the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

    If you have already installed those, then those addon packs might just be bad.
