The game crashes out if openiv.asi is installed

Featured Replies

Hello everyone! I have not been playing LSPDFR for long, about 5 months, but I have never had any problems. Two days ago, the game started crashing at the very beginning of loading and it was as if RPH stopped working. Today it turned out that the problem is in dinput8.dll, or more precisely in the openiv.asi file. The game will only start if you delete it. But if I understood correctly, this file is needed for ELS and custom machines. Can you somehow help solve the problem? (I wrote through a translator, sorry)

Open up OpenIV. Then go to the ASI Manager and uninstall and re-install the two required downloads in there. Then restart your PC and try again.
