The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when I answer callouts with dialogues for example I click the Y key and only the first 3 dialogues appear and then they disappear and even if I click the Y key they don't appear, I tried to search on yt and also on google but I didn't find anyone with the same problem as me, down here there is the video of the problem

    Pretty sure this has to do with the coding of the callout itself. Aside from a re-install of that specific path and maybe looking in the ini, there isn't much else on your end you can do to change that.
