Hello! Ever since I have downloaded the Jefferson County Sheriff ped. mod my game has been giving me this fatal error the second I start playing.

 

GTA IV FATAL ERROR : OUT OF MEMORY - Please re-boot your system.

 

I have no idea what to do and have researched it as much as I could. Could someone please explain how to solve this or what would be the best thing to do.
