Cars spawning weird...

Whenever I play GTA IV, I am not sure if this is caused by LCPD:FR or not, But I hope someone can help me out...

 

 

There is alot of Taxis, And when i See 1 car there is about 10 of them in a line. Never more then 2 different car types spawn at one time.

 

Anyone know a fix to this problem ????????????????

    You are experiencing the well-known "Taxi Bug" which commonly happens on modded GTA IV systems.

    This can be fixed by downloading the Traffic Flow mod here:
