Challange Make an els ford crown vic drag car for gta 5

Hey guys just wondering if anyone in the modding community can make an els ford crown victoria police interceptor (cvpi) Drag Car if possible can anyone make it that would be cool for lspd patrols and if so I'll be sure to download it and rate it once i installed it into gta 5 it can be slicktop, marked with federal singal or whelen lightbar or it can be unmarked but if marked with light bar make sure it's not gta 5 version of it. Ps if that can be done also make them have Christmas lights on it to (not real Christmas lights just whelen or federal signal side runners and grille lights stuff like that) thanks for reading and good luck with it if it's possible  and make sure it's a 2006-2011 model too.
