hi my problem is when i start up rage plugin hook it crashes on the cop car lights on loading screen does anyone know how to fix this please

Send your RPH Crash Log please. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

When you launched GTA V first and then RPH once fully in story mode, was mods named _mods?

Try adding the Main Directory and the RPH.exe to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then test again. Ensure to start GTA V normally first and then RPH once fully in story mode.

Hmm alright. Try selecting the Grand Theft Auto V Main Directory folder. Then right click it. And select Properties. Then in the Security tab, give yourself all perms. Do the same process with the RagePluginHook.exe. Then restart your PC and test again.
