Crash 3-4 minutes into gameplay or when scrolling through EUP menu

Game crashes when scrolling through EUP Menu or 3-4 minutes after loading in, no matter if im on duty or not.
"Vanilla" LSPDFR except for heap stuff (same issue before installing heap adjuster, thought this would fix it), EUP, SUP (Though undetected by EUP menu?) and LSPDFR. I have a small EUP pack installed but considering its 7-8 models it shouldn't be the issue.

When scrolling down from 0 to like the last in the 500 zone especially its an instant crash, no matter what.

Please help, first time this happens and I've done fully-modded LSPDFR installs like at least 15 times in my life and its the first time this happens like this, weirdest thing ever.
