Game ran fine now stuck on the rockstar loading screen

Featured Replies

So yesterday the game ran fine but something was causing issues with dispach respnding to ped records checks,

I decided to verify files in steam and removing most mods that might cause conflicts with Sparkys new udates to his allbo mods,

I then ran GTa through rage plugin as usual. The game jumped to rockstar launcher and then would not load the game. I got the infamous screen about game already running but it wasnt.

I tried killing process but that of course killed the whole startup process and exe.

I then verified steam files, disabled mods, plugin and lspdr folders and tried running GTA V stock. Same thing, the rockstar launcher was never successful in booting game. I do not have a RPH log because the games not even starting. I do have a launcher log.

I also tried running all the GTA exes as admin, I also disabled battleeye as standard. I have done everything common in trying to get GTA to boot. Nothing is. Yes Scripthook is current as is rage plugin. This makes no sense. Launcher log below.

any help appreciated.
