Hello, I have the problem that when I replace cars with OpenIV, the standard cars are still there. I can't find anything on the internet about it. (Could the error be due to the graphics mod?)

Are you using NVE?

As suspected. 

Go to 
GTAV > Mods > Update > Update.rpf > Common > Data

Open your dlclist.xml

Go down until you find 
<Item>dlcpacks:/NVE_vehicles/</Item>

And remove that line

If you don't want to remove the edits made to cars with NVE then you could also go to
GTAV > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > NVE_vehicles > dlc.rpf > x64 > vehicles.rpf

And remove the files for cars that you are trying to replace.
