The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

is it possible to get LSPDFR on a older version, for me it would be 3441.0. i assume its possible since the rage mod would have to be updated for 3441.0

The latest version of LSPDFR/RPH only works on the latest game version of GTA V. 

 

In addition, we do not offer support for older versions of LSPDFR, RPH, or GTA V. Consider updating your game along with the necessary plugins and mods.
