The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

    Tried this however game still crashed after about 15 minutes or so.

    I changed both to 0, the game just crashed again.

    For starters, update your GTA V. You can do this by deleting the GTA5.exe and then verifying your game files.
    How To Verify Game Files:

    Spoiler

    GTA V Steam

    Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

    GTA V Retail

    Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

    GTA V Epic Games

    Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify


    After that is done, download and install the manual version of LSPDFR.

    I did that and updated LSPDFR and that seems to have done the trick, thank you I appreciate it.
