Hello, I've downloaded the ELS.ini, dll files and folder to my root folder of GTA V, but I cant get the ELS panel to pop up ingame, and Im not sure what I have done wrong

    yes, I have community script and scripthook V installed. I have uninstalled the .asi files from the OpenIV and installed again and rebooted the computer, so will see if that may helps 🙂
