The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It looks like the issue is occurring when you're trying to close roads. I can't find out what it is precisely, but I'll keep looking at this log. I pulled the stack trace from the log (Image Above) and will have it attached in case a brighter mind happens to come across this forum and is able to solve it before I can.

    I did some testing, and it seems that it works properly as long as I dont use the LSPDFR stop traffic function (in the "M" menu) and only use the Stop the Ped one instead. I had an unrelated crash which put a stop to testing but I believe this is the problem. I'm going to do some more testing tonight to confirm.
