I know GTA IV multiplayer is laggy, but this is just ridiculous!

I was really looking forward to be playing with a clan I joined and the game got stuck on the game loading... screen.

 

Things I've tried:

Reboot Computer

Disable Firewall

Disable F-Secure Firewall

Reboot Computer again

    Same issue here buddy. Just did a reinstall and it seemed to work on vanilla. Do you have an ENB by any chance? Because I put an ENB in my game now it wont work again :/

    Everything needs more lights.
