I've installed this mod, and it works fine.  But then I installed the new INI file, and it's not working at all.  

but it seems that other users and other people are working fine for them.

hello, thank you for installing this mod.. So have you made sure you've put all the files in the plugins folder as well reading readme for more information? 

 

I have still not working

Can you send the RPH log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
