Hey! So my game crashes when I launch it (its the insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus error) but yesterday iit did the same and when I restarded my PC then it worked fine but today its different, I tried restarting my PC but it chantged nothing, I then tried to launch GTA without RPH but it  crashed again, so I checked the integrity of the files, it "repaired" them but it changed nothing I still crashed after that, also when I launch it by RPH, RPH crashes when the GTA 5 window spawned.

I already tried a lot of things to fix it like the Nvidia overlay, removing all the mods except RPH itself and a lot of other stuff but none of them worked...

Thanks in advance if you guys help me!

Also I would like to note that it doesent create any log file.

Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Test your game. If that does not work, consult pages 3-5 of the RPH FAQ.

Press the keys Windows key + R, then type "regedit" and press enter.

Within regedit follow this path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE → SOFTWARE → Wow6432Node → Rockstar Games → Grand Theft Auto V
Now make a double click on "InstallFolder" on the right side.

Take and send a screenshot of what it says.

Well its in french so idk if you will understand  (when i click OK the page just disappears and it leaves me with the 3 files)

Could contain: text, screenshot, software, display, computer icon, operating system, multimedia software

I was having the insufficient permissions crash too, I figured out it was the game and not my mods. So not expecting a reply I reached out to Rockstar and they told me to run Rockstar launcher as an administrator. I was dubious but battle eye already has kernel level access and my antivirus/security can monitor programs running with elevated privlidges, so f**k it.

It actually worked (from research it doesn't work for everyone) and GTA mow runs fine. Though damn Rockstar updated the game again so as you said were in for a wait.

Mine did exactly the same, worked once in a blue moon, then crashed was incredibly frustrating! I'd excercise caution using administrator privlidges - make sure your anti virus/security suite isn't bypassed by it.

Then i'll try what fixed your game when RPH, LSPDFR AND ScriptHookV finally gets an update, if it works then you'll get +1 reputation XD

how can 2 fully made "plugins" take less time to both update than only one thing?

The Dev of ScriptHookV is in the Ukraine. Updates may take longer. Also depends on what needs to be changed within ScriptHookV.
