The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Trying to manually load the plugins just results in the error of there being no "plugin attributes" idk what that is though and everywhere I search is just the same thing: Proper file placement. My files are in all the right spots (only spot being the LSPDFR folder in the plugins folder of gta5) I have utterly no clue what to do. Help would be very much appreciated

    This may sound stupid but did you extract the files before moving them over? I've had problems with mods not working before all because moved them over without extracting them first
