The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, I want to have only one police agency (LSPD) in the whole game. I don’t want sheriff, highway patrol, or any other departments. What is the easiest way to make LSPD the only agency in LSPDFR? Thanks

    You can go into the lspdfr/data folder and edit the appropriate xml files to get rid of the other ones. You will also have to adjuster the LSPD agency to cover the rest of the map. Otherwise nothing will spawn there.
