My mods are missing

I had EUP Menu a few car packs and sirens for ELS and they worked fine for a while but now menyoo for gta v  and other mods that are in my game directory are not in the game like i have eup menu plugin but even if i have law and order installed it does not show up in the game. it just shows Warning EUP Law and order is required for the menu to work,follow the instructions in the read me file, and followed the instructions but it still dint show up in game, The Same follows for other mods that i have installed.

And regarding the error of eup menu now my character just has random clothes

    You have two mods folders. mods and mods - Copy. You should only have one. Identify which one has your vehicles and mods in it and get rid of the other one. Then test.
