I'm going to get straight to the point.

 

Start up game

 

Loads to first set of Rockstar Text and BOOM. Crash.

 

Worked out the problem is D3D9.dll and removing that solves the issue. I recently upgraded to an Nvidia 660ti and I'm not sure if that is causing the problem.

 

Any help would be very appreciated
