Installed OIV Package to replace vehicles but its not right in game

Featured Replies

As the title states, I installed an OIV package which replaces all the police response vehicles in the game to UK scotland ones, all work completely fine except for the fact that some vehicles still spawn as vanilla and some don't and there is one vehicle that doesn't spawn as either which you will see in the image as its all black and when the blue lights are on its not even attatched to the lightbar (you will see in the image), the downloaded file I installed had a manual install function so I went through to double check all the cars and textures and found nothing wrong so i'm not sure whatever that monstrosity is spawning for as well as the fact other cars are spawning as vanilla (links to the file I downloaded and photos of the in-game are below)
