The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have some strange issue where unrelated civilians are exiting their cars in panic, and running down the street after minor inconveniences, such as a traffic stop or if they slightly budge into an object like a traffic cone. It leaves a vehicle in the road which then turns into more issues as you can imagine.

 

Another issue I am having (I believe this has to do with a callout pack I have?) is red blips appearing on my map, which are ONLY red Declasse Tornados which have warrants and flee/drive like crazy. I am having a hard time figuring out if this is a callout issue or an issue with LSPDFR.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated! Newbie here :)
