How do I change the uniform of all the cops in LSPDFR / GTA, for example when I spawn in Backup I hate the vanilla outfits the cops have. Or the cops that stand outside the Police Station, is there a mod or tutorial or does anyone know how to change the cops to your preferred uniform. (I wanna change all my Cops to California Highway Patrol outfit)

    Either via the agency.xml in lspdfr/data if using base LSPDFR or by using Ultimate Backup CustomRegions or DefaultRegions in Plugins/LSPDFR/UltimateBackup.
