Couple of things:

1. Update GTA V. You can do this by deleting the GTA5.exe and then verifying the game files.

Verifying Game Files:

GTA V Steam

Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

GTA V Retail

Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

GTA V Epic Games

Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify


2. Update your RPH/LSPDFR. You can do this by installing the manual version of LSPDFR.
3. Once those are done, move CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
