The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

What does it mean? Is it something with LSPDFR or gun sound mod?

yeah it works fine but the car models are not loading and police uniforms.

Change it back to mods. The issue is with a modified weapon you installed to the mods folder. Remove the weapons you installed one by one and test after each removal to find the weapon that is the problem.
