You are missing the SpecialUnits.xml from Ultimate Backup. Re-download Ultimate Backup and move that files from the download into \Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup.

    yep that's the one, you may or may not be able to help me out further? I noticed that I am not getting calls and I'm not able to do traffic stops I might have messed up something here.

    Hmm. Well everything is loaded. Go into the Plugins folder and rename LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR. Then go in-game and see if you can do the basic callouts and blip vehicles.

    I blipped the first call that I saw but when I tried to pull it over it did work. I also renamed the LSPDFR folder and it still didnt work. I thought it was the vehicle I was using and its not it all my vehicles. Its Definity strange.
