The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    That is merely a test to see if the mods folder is the cause. Rename it back to mods and do the following:

    1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

    2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently one-by-one and test after each removal.

    3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
