I updated my game including rage and script hook, everything is running normal but when I try to turn on the emergency lights on any police car, the lights don't come on except the wigwags on the taillights. I can hear the ELS buttons making the beeping sounds when I turn it on, but no emergency lights come on, i am using ELS supported cars as well. 

I have the same issue. It seemed to come up out of the blue. I've re-installed: ELS, LSPDFR, Sirenadjuster, the cars themselves, scripthook and even ASI manager. No luck 

Update: Go into OpenIV, uninstall both ASI mangers. Close OpenIV, restart your computer, reopen OpenIV reinstall ASI managers. Launch LSPDFR, should work!! Lmk

funny enough, i saw a youtube video explaining this after i uploaded this comment, and it worked but thank you so much the fix actually works and my ELS works now.
